Physically, it can help to reduce muscle stiffness and increase mobility in joints. It increases the body's circulatory systems, which helps to speed up the removal of toxins

Reflexology is preformed whilst hot stones are placed on energy centres of the body to relax and unwind. 60 – 75 minutes £32

 

 

 

 

A full consultation will be taken before your first treatment; this is to insure there are no contraindications to the treatment. In some cases written consent from yourself or your GP is required in most cases treatment is adjusted to your own needs.

 

Please allow 10 -15 minutes before and after the treatment to set up, pack away my equipment and fill in your record card. Please note the hot stones need time for the heater to get up to temperature.
